These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Movea Remote Spain Lite platform, operated by RIGFARM STORE OÜ. By using our services, you accept these terms in full.
1. Service provider identification
RIGFARM STORE OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU), with registry code 16323171. Registered address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 3 // 5 // 7, 10145, Estonia. Contact: hola@movea.lat.
2. Service definition
Movea is a guided preparation and coordination platform for individuals who wish to move to Spain as international remote workers. Movea is NOT a law firm, tax advisory, or administrative agency. We do not provide legal, tax, or representation services before authorities. Our service consists of: indicative eligibility assessment, personalized document checklist generation, case tracking dashboard, informational playbooks (legal, Beckham, Social Security, family), arrival panel, and coordination with qualified external professionals (partners) when necessary.
3. Lite plan scope
The Lite plan (197 EUR, one-time payment) includes: eligibility assessment, personalized document checklist, case dashboard with timeline and tasks, access to informational playbooks, arrival panel, and expert handoff recommendation. The Lite plan does NOT include: filing applications with authorities, binding legal or tax advice, legal representation, Social Security or tax registration, or any guarantee of approval for any procedure. Additional services (legal filing, Beckham, RETA, family pack) are contracted separately as add-ons with external partners, at prices communicated before contracting.
4. Legal, tax, and Social Security disclaimers
Legal disclaimer: Movea does not guarantee the granting of visas, residence authorizations, or any other immigration procedure. Decisions rest exclusively with the competent authorities. Tax disclaimer: Movea does not provide definitive or automated tax advice. Information about the Beckham regime and other tax matters is for guidance only. All tax decisions must be validated by a qualified professional. Social Security disclaimer: Movea does not certify the applicability of international Social Security agreements or the validity of applicable legislation certificates. The RG/RETA classification is indicative only. Family disclaimer: Movea treats only spouse/partner and minor children as standard cases. Other dependents (adult dependent children, dependent ascendants) are subject to mandatory human review.
5. Limitation of liability
Movea acts as a coordination and guidance platform. We are not liable for: decisions by immigration, tax, or Social Security authorities; acts or omissions of external partners to whom we refer cases; changes in applicable legislation after contracting; losses arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user; or outcomes of procedures managed by third parties. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the contracted service.
6. Refund policy
The user may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided they have not completed the onboarding process or accessed the case dashboard. Once onboarding is completed, the service is considered delivered and no refund is applicable, except in cases of error attributable to Movea. Refund requests should be sent to hola@movea.lat.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content (texts, design, code, playbooks, checklists, scoring algorithms) is the property of RIGFARM STORE OÜ or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express authorization is prohibited. The user retains ownership of documents and personal data uploaded to the platform.
8. Data protection (GDPR)
RIGFARM STORE OÜ, as data controller, complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Data we collect: identification data (name, email, nationality, location), employment and financial data from the screener, documents uploaded to the case file, and platform usage data. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for service delivery; consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for sharing data with partners. User rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection to processing. To exercise your rights, contact hola@movea.lat. Transfers: data is stored on EU servers (Supabase). When shared with partners, it is done under data processing agreements (DPA). Retention: data is retained while the case is active and for the applicable legal period after closure.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and, where applicable, by European Union law. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer under the consumer protection regulations of their country of residence.
10. Dispute resolution
Before resorting to legal proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct communication at hola@movea.lat. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the user may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the competent courts.
11. Modifications
RIGFARM STORE OÜ reserves the right to modify these terms. Modifications will be communicated to the user by email or through a notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Termination
The user may cancel their account at any time by contacting hola@movea.lat. Movea may suspend or cancel access if the user breaches these terms, provides false information, or uses the platform abusively. In case of termination, user data will be retained in accordance with the data protection policy.
13. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations when such failure is due to force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, internet infrastructure failures, unforeseen legislative changes, or governmental authority decisions.
